 1. Booking & Cancellation: Reservations depend on availability. Cancellation policies differ depending on the type of booking; kindly verify at the time of reservation.

 2. Check-in/Check-out: The standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, while check-out is at 11:00 AM. Requests made early or late may result in extra fees.

 3. Adventure Activities: Jeep safaris, treks, and wildlife encounters rely on weather conditions. The resort retains the authority to alter or cancel activities to ensure safety.

 4. Wildlife & Safety: It is essential for guests to adhere to the guided instructions provided during safaris and night patrols.  The resort shall not be held responsible for any injuries resulting from encounters with wildlife.

 5. Dam & Kayaking: Guests engage in the use of the check dam and kayaking at their own risk. Wearing life jackets is a requirement.

 6. Food & Dietary Preferences: Our meals are crafted in accordance with the traditions of Kerala cuisine. Please inform us of any special dietary requests in advance.

 7. Filming & Photography: Prior approval is necessary for commercial shoots. There may be limitations on the use of drones in specific locations.

 8. Temple Visits: Honor the sacredness of the Mahalakshmi Temple. Please dress in a modest manner and adhere to the temple's guidelines.

 9. Climate Variability: Temperature variations exist throughout the estate. Bring suitable attire.

 10. Liability: The resort is not responsible for any lost property or personal injuries that may happen during visits or activities.
